It is a fact that the principle of "hands are in front of each other" will be an important aspect of the program however, it is evident that there's an increase in faith and need to be face-to-face with people. Rotary has certainly changed. In the months leading up to the summer of 2021, it is unclear what we can do to provide services to the community that includes the valued human connection that was enjoyed by Rotary previous members. Even though the "hands facing space" mantra is sure to become part of regular routine at our club it is clear that there is a feeling of trust is developing and more people have been able to make connections face-to-face. Rotary is changing. Rotary has changed. The way we conduct our business has been redesigned to ensure that we have online meetings within our businesses, while reintroducing social and service activities through the face-to-face method. New possibilities are paired with the best practices for preventing pandemics to create a new and promising future for Rotary.
